WHY LEARN MEDITATION?

Meditation can assist with improving a person’s emotional, mental, spiritual and physical health.  It can be used as a way to ease anxiety, work through stress and depression and is often a way for people to rest the mind and body.

WHAT HAPPENS IN A MEDITATION TRAINING SESSION?

In a group, private or workplace session you will connect your awareness to your true sense of self.

The session allows you to receive some practical tools to help you approach life with a positive energy and an expanded understanding of yourself and others.

Through a gentle, safe, firm and powerful approach, you will learn how to relax and tap into your deep unconscious.

You will be assisted in confronting your own inner truth.

It isn’t as scary as you may think!  By connecting to your own guides you can tap into your potential and overcome fears and traumas.

You can fulfill your wishes and expand your horizons!

20 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE

Sharon has been practicing meditation for more than 20 years and running weekly meditation classes and full moon meditations since 1999.

She has guided many people through life regression, self-awareness and empowering meditations.

Sharon offers channeled meditations, which are powerful and meaningful for both the individual or group undertaking the class.

HOW DO I JOIN A MEDITATION TRAINING SESSION?

The meditation training sessions are held periodically at our Caulfield South location, or if you would like to arrange a session for your own group or workplace, Sharon can come to you, or conduct an online session.

CAN THIS SESSION BE CONDUCTED REMOTELY?

Yes.  Meditation workshops can be conducted virtually.  Sharon offers services using video conferencing tools such as Skype, Facebook and What’s App.  Ask for details when booking your session.
